We have noticed a number of members cancelling courts without giving much notice thereby preventing other players from booking and using the otherwise empty court.
Although we are grateful that people are cancelling please could you do this well in advance to allow others to take the spare slot.
Remember, if your slots is re-booked, you will get refunded the booking fee so it is in your interest to maximise the chance of a re-booking.
