The booking software will now prevent members from booking more than a single hour per day at weekends and bank holidays.
As advised before, if the next booking session remains unbooked at the end of your hour you may play for a further hour but the system will no longer allow you to book this as it will pick up that you have exceeded your limit. If you do wish to stay on the court for another hour please email and advise us so that we can debit your account for the additional hours booking.
If you do not advise us by the end of the day and the access log shows you have stayed on court beyond your booking you will be charged the extra time on court plus a fine as detailed in the tennis rules (attached).
