You will be aware that the tennis court is once again extremely busy at the moment and we have had a number of complaints from members who have been unable to book a court.
We have therefore, in the interest of fairness, decided to reintroduce a limit to the number of bookings that members may make each week.
From Monday 1st February, Full Members may only book a maximum of 4 courts a week and Off-Peak Member may only book 3 courts per week.
We are aware that this will constrain some of the regular users slightly, but it will allow other members to play during this difficult period. We are asking that members accept this new rule on a voluntary basis, however, we will be checking bookings and any additional bookings over and above this limit will be cancelled without warning.
We will review this limitation at the end of February.
